My Work

I have been working one on one with clients in self-awareness, emotional and trauma healing, transformation, and sex, love, and relationships since 2005 and worked with meditation, movement, and yoga clients prior to that. I have extensive training and experience in meditation, mindfulness, yoga, movement, clearing work, and life coaching.

I have a BA in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Couples Counseling and Chemical Dependency Counseling, and an MS in Clinical Psychology. My graduate thesis topic is Overcoming Early Life Trauma Using Mindfulness Interventions.

In 2021 I completed the 750-hour VITA Sex, Love, and Relationship Coaching Certification, majoring in Relationship Transformation for Couples and Sacred Sexuality. This was one of the most powerful experiences and trainings I have done so far, combining the best tools from modern science, neurobiology, and somatics, with ancient knowledge and tantric techniques to access multilayered healing and change.

Since then, I have been doing DEEP DIVE into Soul Realignment and Astrology.

I hold a deep, safe space for you to access your own knowing, healing, power, and magic from the inside out.

It is my mission to share this work with individuals and committed monogamous couples, who even after having done work on themselves or therapy are seeking a deeper connection and to heal intimacy, sexuality, and attachment challenges and build a beautiful life and conscious, rich, luxurious relationship.

My clients experience a powerful and safe space in which to heal, connect, and expand. The work is a dynamic and eclectic blend of my studies and experiences, personalized for each individual, couple, or group I work with. Most importantly, it is profound to really know yourself and what your own love, sex, and relationship reality is. This is one of the cornerstones of my work. We often live and love from other peoples ideas, judgements, and beliefs and this is not our own reality. It is my honor and passion to help you go inside and to truly know what you want and (re)discover your way to creating and inviting that.

I love exploring the depths, what is real, what is unseen or unacknowledged; to bring it into the Light, finding the truth and beauty underneath.

I love and live for, the journey ~ the discovery ~ the sacred ~ the magic ~ the celebration.

I am also passionate about making the most of each moment and this lifetime, fully living from depth, connection, and pleasure.

I hold space for those who are seeking to heal and overcome past hurts, to know these aspects inside themselves, and ultimately, to fully thrive and shine.
